My frind Glenn was dianosed with lung cancer 2 months ago. 2 weeks later he lost most of his voice. Subsequent tests and scans show metasis to neck lymphnodes, top of the brain, and the hip. In chemotherapy now. Just turned 70 and has been in good health.
